We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute multi‑channel digital marketing initiatives for a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented team. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, owning campaign strategy, performance optimization, and reporting across paid, owned, and earned channels.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working cross‑functionally, and experienced driving measurable results across digital programs.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, web, SEO/SEM, and social
- Own campaign performance tracking, reporting, and insights using analytics and dashboarding tools
- Partner closely with content, design, product, and marketing operations teams to execute integrated campaigns
- Optimize website and landing page performance to improve conversion rates and funnel efficiency
- Manage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle initiatives
- Ensure campaigns align with brand, messaging, and business objectives
- Continuously identify opportunities for performance improvement using data‑driven insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, with a strong execution background
- Proven experience managing and optimizing multi‑channel digital campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
- Experience working in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience collaborating with agencies or managing external vendors
- Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation and lifecycle marketing
