Eternal Jewelry is a fast-growing ecommerce jewelry brand looking for a results-driven Freelance Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid social advertising on TikTok and Instagram. This is a pure performance role: your job is to drive revenue, scale what works, and hit measurable targets.
You are a media buyer at heart. You think in ROAS, CAC, and CPM. You know how to build campaigns from scratch, test creatives systematically, interpret data quickly, and scale budgets without letting efficiency slip. You will work directly with our social media manager who handles content creation, so you can stay focused on what you do best: running ads that convert.
This role is fully remote. But you must be able to commute to our studio once a month
What You Will Own
- Full ownership of paid social strategy and execution on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager (Instagram)
- Campaign buildout: audience segmentation, targeting strategy, funnel structure, and bid optimization
- Creative briefing and direction in collaboration with our social media manager to ensure ad creatives are built to convert
- Systematic A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Budget management and spend pacing to maximize return on ad spend
- Scaling winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CAC thresholds
- Weekly and monthly reporting on key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CPC, and revenue attributed to paid
- Shopify and analytics integration to ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution
- Staying current on TikTok and Meta algorithm changes, ad formats, and platform best practices
What Success Looks Like
- Paid campaigns consistently hitting or exceeding target ROAS within the first 60 days
- A structured creative testing process that produces winning ad variants every month
- CAC trending down over time as targeting and creative quality improve
- Clean attribution and reporting that gives clear visibility into what is driving revenue
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a proven track record driving ecommerce sales
- TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager (Instagram)Deep expertise in
- Strong command of ecommerce performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CPC, LTV, and conversion rate
- Experience managing and scaling paid budgets for DTC or ecommerce brands
- Proficiency with Shopify and ecommerce conversion tracking and attribution tools
- Ability to brief and direct creative strategy even if you are not producing content yourself
- Analytical mindset with the ability to pull insights from data and act on them quickly
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to accelerate research, reporting, and campaign workflows
- Self-directed and able to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle ecommerce is a strong plus

- Comfortable working closely with a content creator and briefing them on what types of creatives are needed
- Proactive about flagging what is and is not working and coming with recommendations, not just reports
