You’re a marketer who loves people. We're looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed Social Media & Growth Manager to join us in San Diego. It's a people-forward role for someone who wants to be the soul of our brand, both online and in-person. The core of this job is building and managing relationships. You are the primary point of contact for our creators, experts, ambassadors, and retail partners. You’ll be working 1-on-1 with the founder every single day, building nothing else from the ground up. We move at 1,000 mph. This is a true startup environment. One hour you’re brainstorming with the founder, the next you’re at a local pop-up, then you’re editing a TikTok, then you're helping with a photoshoot, then you're handing out free lip balms on the boardwalk. Your hands will be on everything, but your primary focus is on keeping our digital community and creator network thriving. If you’re looking for a predictable 9-to-5, this isn't it. Nothing else was launched in August 2025. We do waterless skincare made without preservatives. We are the next evolution in clean beauty. We're already in 40+ stores in So Cal and growing fast.
Key Responsibilities
This is a foundational, first full-time hire.
There is no task too small and no project too big. You’ll own the execution across the entire brand experience:
- Digital Community: handle gifting, all messaging with ugc, ambassadors, experts, retail partners, and public relations, lead the charge on social media engagement, build new creator relationships, manage our Discord, rewards, and content briefs.
- Content & Production: Create/edit Reels and TikToks, and provide hands-on support during photoshoots.
- Event Hosting: help build everything from our local San Diego activations to our annual wellness trips.
- Physical Brand Presence: Help with local pop-up markets, in-store demos, and handing out free lip balms.
- Founder Support & Strategy: Work side-by-side with the founder to turn big ideas into immediate action.
- Travel: represent the brand at industry events

Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in Community Management, Social Media, or Influencer Marketing (ideally for a high-growth CPG or beauty brand).
- Organization: Ability to manage a massive volume of relationships and projects simultaneously without letting anything slip through the cracks.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to pivot between professional partner and relatable brand voice instantly.
- Editing: Proficiency in mobile video editing and an eye for aesthetic photography/framing.
- Location & Logistics: Based in (or willing to relocate to) San Diego, and the flexibility to travel for events.
