We’re looking for a creative, organized, and confident Social Media Manager to join our team in house/hybrid. You’ll be the voice, eye, and personality behind our digital presence creating daily content, managing community interaction, and building an authentic and aspirational online brand that reflects our office culture and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Film and edit short-form video content including behind the scenes, patient journeys, treatment highlights, doctor features, and trending audio
- Take before and after photos (with patient consent) and edit for cohesive feed aesthetic
- Monitor messages and comments, engaging with the community in a timely and brand-aligned way
- Track analytics to evaluate growth, reach, and engagement; optimize based on data
- Stay up to date on trends in aesthetics, plastic surgery, and beauty/lifestyle content
- Assist with occasional marketing efforts (e.g., newsletters, events, influencer outreach)
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience managing social media for a brand or business (aesthetic/beauty/medical field preferred)
- Proficient in Instagram and TikTok, with working knowledge of Facebook and YouTube
- Skilled in content creation apps (CapCut, Canva, InShot, Lightroom, etc.)
- Eye for aesthetic, branding, and detail especially with beauty and surgical content
- Strong interpersonal skills comfortable filming in office and interacting with staff and patients
- Self-starter who can take initiative but also collaborate with the doctor and team
- Basic photo/video editing and copywriting ability
Bonus Points
- Experience in a medspa, plastic surgery, or dermatology office
- Knowledge of HIPAA and comfort handling patient content responsibly
- Photography/videography skills or background in content marketing
