Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a team of growth marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Drive pipeline strategies to align marketing programs with business goals and identify funnel gaps in partnership with Field Marketing.
Enhance content syndication campaigns with vendors, optimizing for maximum ROI and efficiency.
Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing operations to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing strategies for impact.
Support global initiatives, ensuring regional alignment and localization of programs.
Manage budgets and vendor relationships to drive ROI-focused execution.

Skills

Extensive background in B2B growth marketing or demand generation within sectors like cybersecurity and SaaS.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance marketing teams.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability.
Experience in multi-channel campaign management at scale.
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Adept at balancing strategic insight with tactical execution.

Preferred Skills

Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams for integrated execution.
Familiarity with Marketo for marketing automation purposes.
