The Role
We are seeking a high-level Organic Social Media Manager to lead strategy and execution across multiple brand profiles. This is not just a "posting" role—we need a senior-level talent who can develop a sophisticated organic strategy, produce high-end content, and manage a complex social ecosystem for a premium lifestyle brand.
You will be responsible for showcasing a "premium client experience" while driving brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, technical production, and data-driven analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy and content calendar across multiple channels and business units.
- Content Creation: Generate, edit, and publish daily engaging content. This includes capturing on-site content at stores, high-profile events, and industry shows.
- Community Management: Monitor engagement and respond promptly and professionally to represent a premium brand voice.
- Performance Analytics: Define and track KPIs, utilizing A/B testing and monthly/quarterly reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Internal Training: Act as the subject matter expert by training regional teams on social media policies, best practices, and brand standards.
- Trend Research: Stay ahead of platform advancements and industry trends to make proactive recommendations for marketing activities.
- Integrated Marketing: Coordinate organic plans to align seamlessly with paid social media strategies.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience managing professional social media channels at a corporate or agency level.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud for content development and social tools such as Sprout Social or HubSpot.
- Field Production: Comfortable shooting content on-site; knowledge of video production, photography, and drone/UAV is a significant plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into a visual social strategy that resonates with a high-end community.
