Role Description
Good Girl Social is hiring a Social Media Content Creator.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to take an idea and turn it into content that actually hits — visually, strategically, and culturally.
This isn’t just about making things look good.
It’s about creating content that captures attention, tells a story, and performs.
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing compelling, creative content to engage audiences and enhance brand presence.
This is a contract freelance role in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing social content (carousels, graphics, branded assets)
- Editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok)
- Translating creative direction into polished, ready-to-post content
- Bringing structure to ideas — knowing how to pace, hook, and deliver
- Maintaining a strong, elevated visual identity across projects
- Repurposing content across formats and platforms
- Brainstorming strategies with the team
- Ensuring alignment with branding
- Contributing to social media campaigns
- Performing research
You should:
- Have a strong eye for design, composition, and branding
- Be skilled in Canva and Adobe
- Be able to edit video (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Understand what makes content perform on social
- Know how to structure high-performing carousels and short-form videos
- Have experience working with agencies, creatives, or personal brands
- Be fast, reliable, and detail-oriented
