- Own the global content calendar — coordinating scheduling, workflows, and approvals across internal stakeholders
- Ensure content is consistent, cohesive, and on-brand across all platforms and product lines
- Monitor social channels for brand sentiment, emerging issues, and audience insights; escalate risks and opportunities as needed
Paid Social & LinkedIn Advertising
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Develop and refine audience targeting, monitor performance, and deliver actionable reporting
- Manage paid social across platforms with a focus on engagement, click-through rates, and video performance
Employee Advocacy
- Administer the employee advocacy platform via Sprout Social — curating content employees can share, reviewing submissions, and monitoring brand mentions
- Drive engagement and participation across the organization
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs including engagement, CTR, and video metrics on a quarterly basis
- Pull and synthesize analytics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of social media management experience — must include scheduling, channel management, and paid social
- Hands-on experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics
- Proven experience running LinkedIn Campaign Manager and paid social campaigns
- Background in a large enterprise corporate environment strongly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable owning metrics and presenting performance data
- Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Passionate about the work, solutions-oriented, and a self-starter who can be productive quickly
- Strong writing, editing, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content drafting, compliance checks, and workflow efficiency
