Job Description:
This role involves tracking order updates from the manufacturing team and updating them in the company’s ERP system and customer portals. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication. Strong attention to detail and Excel skills are very important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track daily updates on past due and upcoming orders.
- Update order details in ERP systems and customer portals.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status.
- Handle and resolve basic technical and contract-related issues.
- Manage multiple tasks and support program managers when needed.
- Prepare and send customer communications (order updates, changes, etc.).
- Monitor customer performance metrics and generate reports.
- Review purchase orders and handle order changes or amendments.
- Identify contract risks and assist in resolving them.
- Support contract negotiations and provide quotes for changes.
- Share potential sales opportunities with program managers.
- Assist with accounts receivable issues in coordination with finance.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement).
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Strong Excel and basic computer skills (mandatory).
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in data analysis is a plus.
