Summary
This role focuses on leveraging marketing analytics and statistical methods to uncover meaningful insights that improve digital marketing performance. The Digital Marketing Analyst partners with marketing, creative, and data teams to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that inform campaign strategy, audience engagement, and product optimization.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, data science, or a related field
- Passion for data-driven marketing and analytics with a strong foundation in statistical analysis and insight generation
- Proficient in SQL and Excel/Numbers, with strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Familiar with social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook, and experienced in evaluating performance across paid, organic, and total channels
- Skilled in collaborating with marketing, creative, advertising, and data science teams
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience using social listening, competitive analysis, and audience insights tools to evaluate digital content and consumer behavior
Job Description
In this role, you will develop and maintain data-driven models designed to improve marketing campaign performance and uncover actionable insights from digital data. You’ll partner with marketing and product teams to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that inform strategy and performance optimization.
This includes building and optimizing experimentation frameworks, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models to identify trends and improve campaign effectiveness. You will also establish performance benchmarks across digital marketing channels and analyze content performance across paid, organic, and total distribution.
You will also create and maintain automated content taxonomies to support attribution and performance analysis. Additionally, you will apply natural language processing (NLP) and topic modeling techniques to analyze consumer feedback, sentiment, and competitive insights across digital channels.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Background in digital marketing analytics, social media analytics, or data science
- Experience working with large datasets to generate insights for marketing and product teams
- Preferred experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Experience working with SEO metrics, marketing taxonomies, and digital performance data
- Ability to read and analyze large amounts of content in Simplified Chinese is a plus

- The pay for this W-2 position is $70.00 per hour
