About The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns, particularly within Meta Ads Manager. This role will work across multiple brands simultaneously, developing performance-driven strategies that fuel growth and brand awareness.
This is a part-time position (~10 hours per week with potential to add more hours in the future)
Key Responsibilities Include
- Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage multiple brand accounts concurrently while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
- Analyze campaign data, identify performance trends, and implement actionable optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with broader marketing objectives.
- A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and placements to improve ROAS and CPA.
- Report on campaign performance and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously. We manage a family of brands requiring understanding of multiple business lines, their product specialties, target audiences, brand voices, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Understanding of key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Bonus Qualifications (plus, But Not Required)
- Experience with additional ad platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Snapchat Ads.
- Familiarity with remarketing strategies, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
- Basic knowledge of landing page testing and funnel optimization.
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management software.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Individual starting rate within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
