A growing ecommerce team is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support both creative asset design and digital production work across marketing campaigns.
You’ll help design marketing visuals while also executing production work such as resizing assets, preparing files for deployment, and maintaining organized design systems.
HOURLY RATE: $25/hr
LOCATION: Cypress, CA: 3-4 days in office
DURATION: Temp/Freelance – full time hours
Digital Production & Execution
• Build templated marketing emails using image + text layouts
• Resize and reformat digital ad assets for multiple placements
• Crop and adjust imagery (including basic product image edits such as hanger removal)
• Prepare and export assets for ecommerce platforms
• Maintain organized files and consistent brand formatting
• Support campaign launches by ensuring assets are properly formatted and ready for deployment
Digital Creative Design
• Design email hero graphics for marketing campaigns
• Create promotional assets across multiple formats and sizes
• Develop campaign variations (launch, reminder, last-chance promotions)
• Support the creation of static and light motion/video-based assets
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in digital design, production design, or ecommerce marketing design
• Experience designing email marketing and digital campaign assets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute across multiple asset sizes and formats
• Comfortable working from existing templates and brand guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced marketing environment
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus
