Marketing Assistant
Wolf Group is a marketing agency based focussed on growing small and medium sized businesses. We work as embedded partners for small businesses, helping them organize, modernize, and grow across industries including healthcare, real estate, music, and more.
We're looking for a skilled, self-driven marketing contractor to join our team on a contract basis.
About the Role
You'll work closely with our Director of Marketing, taking clear direction on priorities and objectives, then bringing your own expertise and experience to carry projects through to completion. This role spans a wide range of marketing functions, and we're looking for someone who thrives in that kind of variety.
What You'll Work On
- Social media content creation and scheduling across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Copywriting for social media, email campaigns, websites, and promotional materials
- Graphic design and digital asset creation using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools
- Marketing data collection, organization, and reporting
- Website updates and maintenance using WordPress and HTML/CSS
- Project coordination across tools like Trello, Monday.com, and Slack
- Campaign performance reporting and data visualization
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and audience
- Comfort working with marketing analytics and data tools
- Experience managing professional social media accounts
- WordPress familiarity and basic HTML knowledge
- Strong written English communication skills
- A self-starter who can own a project from brief to delivery
Bonus Skills
- Social media scheduling platforms
- Google Ads, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau
- Experience supporting small businesses or nonprofits
