Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Floral Designer to collaborate with our creative team on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong artistic eye, attention to detail, and experience working with premium blooms and upscale events.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create luxury floral arrangements aligned with our brand aesthetic
- Execute event installations, including large-scale floral structures and on-site styling
- Process, prep, and maintain fresh flowers to ensure the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with our team to bring custom client visions to life
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold brand presentation standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional floral design experience (luxury or event experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of premium blooms and floral care techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and early mornings
- Portfolio showcasing previous floral work required
