This is not about hours. It is about results. Some weeks will be normal. Some weeks will include evenings or weekends depending on momentum and goals.
If that instantly annoys you, this is not your role.
Why this role exists
We are in beta. We are onboarding our first wave of customers and learning fast. Now we need to build the GTM engine that creates the next waves, converts them, and gets us to $100k MRR.
We are a tiny team. That is the point. You will be close to the action and your work will matter immediately.
The mission
We are building Signal Activated Growth.
We turn dormant relationships into principal sent conversations using signals, context, and human approval.
Our wedge is US professional services firms, 20 to 200 employees. Think consulting first, then agencies, IT services, accounting, legal. They do not call them leads. They call them proposals, referrals, past clients, conference meetings, partner intros.
Who you will work with
You will partner with me (founder) on GTM execution.
You will also partner with our Founder’s Associate, who is focused on Customer Success right now. You will help turn what CS is learning into marketing that converts.
You are basically the bridge between “we are learning” and “we are selling.”
What you will do
You will build the target list from scratch, keep it clean, and move it every week. Not one big list. A living pipeline.
You will own:
- Target list creation and scoring
- Build the list, enrich it, segment it, keep it current
- Outreach execution
- Warm intro follow ups, LinkedIn DMs, and cold email that points to our podcast
- Content ops that ships
- Turn my raw thoughts, calls, and recordings into posts, emails, one pagers, and simple landing copy
- Offer execution
- Make our “Free Activation Week” easy to say yes to: scheduling, intake, reminders, and follow up
- Referral partner support
- Give partners forwardable copy, track intros, track next steps, keep the flywheel moving
- Tool stack ownership
- HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Claude, Cowork, Slack, plus whatever new AI tools help us move faster
What you will not do
You will not wait for perfect direction.
You will not hide behind “strategy” without shipping.
You will not treat this like a standard marketing coordinator role.
This is closer to a scrappy GTM operator than a traditional marketer.
How you will be measured
Not by hours. By outcomes.
Examples:
- targets added and qualified weekly
- meetings booked
- Free Activation Weeks scheduled and completed
- conversions into paid plans
- partner intros that actually move forward
- content shipped consistently that supports the motion

Location requirement
This is not remote. You must be able to work in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
Compensation
Base equivalent $50k annually paid monthly.
Performance bonuses designed to get you to $100k plus if you help drive pipeline and revenue.
