Burn Boot Camp Northville is seeking a Member Experience, Sales & Social Media Specialist — a polished, people-oriented professional who brings our members’ experience to life both in-gym and online.
This unique role blends lead-nurturing, concierge-level hospitality, storytelling, and brand representation. You’ll greet members, capture their PRs and gym wins, and share authentic content across our digital platforms while ensuring every client feels the elevated service our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new clients and members with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide an exceptional member experience adhering to our Blue Carpet Experience brand standard.
- Capture and post delivery photos/videos that celebrate our clients’ gym experience.
- Create diverse, high-quality content including fun and on-trend videos, client testimonials, member spotlights, trainer tips, Transformation Stories, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional content.
- Design eye-catching graphics and infographics that inform our audience and draw clients and members to participate.
- Craft compelling copy that is informative, professional, and compliant with Burn brand standard.
- Manage and maintain content calendars across all platforms, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely responses to current events or trending topics.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay informed about fitness industry trends, and platform algorithm changes to continuously optimize content performance.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a professional, brand-appropriate manner.
- Assist with in-gym events, promotions, new product launches, hospitality touches.
- Utilize the CRM system to nurture leads, track client interactions, schedule and make follow-ups, and ensure consistent communication with new clients and members to ensure an optimal experience.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, professional, and comfortable being at the hub of our operation - the front desk.
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar customer-focused industry
- 1+ years of experience in social media content creation, preferably with experience in professional services, B2B, or fitness marketing.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement for brands that require a professional, trustworthy image.
- College Degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with content creation tools including Canva, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
- Strong videography skills.
- Exceptional writing skills..
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, audience behaviors, and content formats for Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong sense of concierge service and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work 2 early morning shifts (4:45am - 8:30am); 1-2 mid-morning shifts per week (8:00-1:00pm); and one Saturday per month (6:45am-10:00am) for a total of approximately 12-18 hours per week
