Events By Design is a full-service event production company with a suite of brands — Events By Design, Sound By Design, Events to a T, and Films By Design — creating unforgettable experiences for galas, corporate events, conferences, and celebrations.
We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help bring our brands to life online. This role focuses on creating cohesive, on-brand content across multiple platforms while supporting our marketing team and brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Create campaigns, videos, reels, and social media posts following the marketing calendar
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for all four brands
- Attend events as needed to capture content on-site
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all brands and platforms
- Incorporate feedback from Directors and Marketing Manager
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on social media platforms and tools (Later, Canva, Flodesk, Google Ads, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while staying organized
Who You Are
- Experienced in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
- Creative and team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Comfortable capturing content on-site at events and working flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Positive, energetic, and ready to have fun while creating engaging content
Schedule & Expectations
- Part-time, Monday–Friday with ability to work nights and weekends as needed for events
