Role Description
We’re searching for a Social Media Manager to join our team. You live and breathe content, know how to grow engaged communities, and can translate brand vision into compelling daily storytelling. This is an in-house role where you’ll own our organic social strategy and execution, collaborating with marketing, creative, and instructors to bring the #FrameFam to life across platforms.
Location: United States (Ideally Miami, Florida)
Hours: Part-time, ~20–25 hours/week
On-site Filming: Occasional (as requested by Frame team)
Travel: Occasional (events, shoots, brand activations)
Employment Type: Part-Time, with opportunity to transition to Full-Time based on performance and business needs
What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute Frame’s organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and key moments in the wellness space.
- Analyze performance data to continuously optimize engagement and growth.
Content Creation:
- Concept, film in-office, and edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok/Stories/Shorts) and lightweight photo/GIF assets.
- Write on-brand copy (captions, CTAs, hooks) that’s fresh, empowering, community-driven.
- Lead simple studio setups (framing, lighting, audio) and direct talent (instructors/ambassadors/customers).
- Maintain a nimble trend pipeline; adapt trends to the Frame aesthetic.
Community Management:
- Engage authentically with our Frame Fam — responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in Frame’s voice.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
- Foster a strong sense of community through thoughtful, two-way conversations.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with our team to ensure social supports broader brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with instructors, ambassadors, and partners for shoots and campaign moments.
• Occasionally travel for events, photoshoots, or brand experiences to capture and manage content on-site.
Qualifications
- 3+ years social media experience (brand, agency, or creator); wellness/lifestyle/consumer brand a plus.
- A strong portfolio of short-form video that drives engagement and tells a clear story.
- Proficiency with mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.) and light motion/graphics.
- Confident with basic production (iPhone/DSLR, lighting, audio), and comfortable directing on-camera talent.
- Excellent writing and editorial judgment; you know what’s thumb-stopping and what isn’t.
- Fluency with platform analytics and social tools (Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics; Later or similar).
- Organized, proactive, and resourceful — able to plan ahead yet pivot quickly for timely moments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the fitness or digital health industry is a plus
Nice to Haves
- Experience with LinkedIn content for employer brand/executive visibility.
- Basic Photoshop or Canva.
