Freelance / Part-Time Contract Position
Mayoral Dermatology is an established, highly regarded dermatology practice known for its expertise, integrity, and warm, elevated patient experience. We are seeking a Miami-based social media content creator who can capture and create high-quality, brand-aligned content showcasing our expert providers, treatments, skin health education, and practice culture.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and experienced with content creation for luxury, beauty, dermatology, medical aesthetics, or wellness brands.
What You’ll Do
- Attend in-office filming sessions 2x per month to capture short-form video, photography, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Transform monthly strategy (provided externally each month) into:
- Reels
- Carousels
- Feed graphics
- Captions
- Stories
- Edit and publish/schedule content across Instagram (primary) and optional secondary platforms.
- Maintain a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic aligned with Mayoral Dermatology’s tone: expert, poised, educational, warm, and feminine.
- Plan your filming sessions based on the monthly content calendar so you know exactly what to capture.
- Assist with light community management, including:
- Responding to DMs (non-medical)
- Engaging with followers
- Comment monitoring
- Collaborate monthly with the external strategist and the office manager during a content planning meeting.
What We’re Looking For
- Based in Miami/Coral Gables area (required).
- 3+ years of experience in social media content creation.
- Skilled in short-form video creation and editing (Reels/TikTok style).
- A strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling.
- Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness (preferred but not required).
- Confident capturing providers and patients on camera (with consent).
- Organized, self-managing, and able to follow a structured monthly content strategy.
- Warm, professional communication style.
- Must be comfortable creating content in a medical practice setting.
Compensation
- Freelance/contract role, monthly retainer.
- Rate dependent on experience.

- Manage and optimize social media accounts through content scheduling, audience engagement, and analytics tracking.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
- Maintain content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring timely updates and consistency in branding.
- Implement content marketing campaigns aligned with overall digital marketing goals, including email marketing and marketing automation initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to refine content strategies for better engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, B2B marketing efforts, white papers, and other digital assets.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Video editing), WordPress, HTML/CSS basics, and content management systems.
- Strong skills in copywriting, editing, graphic design, photography, videography, and content strategy development.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, Google Analytics insights, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a creative mindset focused on audience engagement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
