ABOUT VALLURE

Vallure is a brand and performance partner for leading brands in beauty, wellness, and design. We align brand strategy, performance marketing, and digital execution into one accountable system that drives clarity and sustainable growth, replacing fragmented vendor ecosystems with centralized marketing leadership. Our clients are leading operators in the category: aesthetic and surgical groups, cosmetic dental practices, multi-location med spa platforms, premium product and device brands, and longevity platforms.

THE ROLE

AI made drafting fast. It also made voice the scarce thing. That's where you come in.

As our Copywriter, you're the guardian of brand voice across every account Vallure touches. Our team drafts through trained AI projects built for each client. You own the judgment layer on top: protecting each brand's voice, elevating the language, and making sure nothing reaches a client that reads generic, off-brand, or machine-written. Where the stakes are highest (websites, email programs, brand projects), you hold the pen yourself.

You'll report to our Operations Manager and work closely with our designers, marketing team, and Project Manager.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT

• You're the final word on language before anything reaches a client.

• Real range: a paid social ad in the morning, a brand narrative in the afternoon.

• AI handles the first draft, so your time goes to craft and judgment, not the blank page.

• Elevated clients who care about how they sound, in categories where words carry weight.

• An ownership-driven team. We trust you to run with it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Protect brand voice and tone across all active client accounts

• Review and proof all copy before it reaches client decks or deliverables, as the final quality gate on language, tone, and polish

• Write advertising copy, including paid social, search, and ad variations for testing, refined with performance data

• Write website copy (homepage, about, service, and landing pages) built for conversion, SEO, and AI-search readiness

• Write email and lifecycle copy, including campaigns and automated flows

• Shape brand storytelling: narrative development, voice definition, messaging frameworks, and the verbal identity sections of brand guidelines

• Apply strong conversion principles (clarity, specificity, proof, objection-led structure, clear calls to action) without hype or false urgency

• Partner with designers so copy and creative land as one intentional piece, not words dropped into a layout

• Edit and elevate AI-assisted drafts inside our systems (Claude, Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and Harvest), knowing the difference between a draft and copy that truly meets the brand standard

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years writing digital marketing copy across paid, social, email, and web

• Native or near-native English fluency, with a real ear for tone, rhythm, and register

• A portfolio that shows the restraint and precision that premium, design-led brands require

• A sharp command of conversion copywriting, and the judgment to know when persuasion serves a brand and when it cheapens it

• Editing precision that catches what three other reviewers missed

• Confidence directing and refining AI-drafted copy while owning the final voice

• A proactive communication style and comfort managing multiple clients in the same week

Bonus: experience working at an agency and/or with luxury brands
