For 2026, KC Pier - Foundation Repair Experts is seeking a Freelance Realtor Relations Marketing Specialist to strengthen partnerships within the Kansas City real estate community. This role focuses on ensuring that Realtors view KC Pier as their primary resource for saving "deal-killer" inspections, Radon testing and mitigation through expert foundation and waterproofing solutions. Position Overview
- Role: Freelance Realtor Relations Marketing Specialist
- Location: Kansas City Metro (On-site visits required for local offices)
- Objective: Increase awareness of KC Pier’s specialized real estate services, including Radon testing, mitigation, timely estimates and transferable lifetime warranties, to help agents close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Outreach: Conduct office visits and potentially office presentations at major Kansas City brokerages to educate agents on identifying and solving structural issues and our Radon related services..
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for local real estate agents, ensuring they understand KC Pier’s "deal-saving" capabilities.
- Content Development: Create and distribute localized marketing materials (print and digital) highlighting KC Pier’s transferable lifetime warranty and specialized piering systems, waterproofing and Radon services.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local real estate trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies.
- Digital Presence: Coordinate with our marketing team with Realtor-specific social media campaigns and email newsletters focused on the local market.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate marketing, business development, or the Kansas City construction industry. Realtors and retirees are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills for large office environments.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Kansas City real estate market and the common structural issues caused by local clay soils.
- Self-Management: Ability to operate independently as a freelancer to meet outreach targets and develop a robust referral network.
Job is intended to be a month to month contract which can extend based on results and success.
