Deck Builder Marketers (DBM) is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager to lead SEO, PPC, CRO, and multi-channel strategy for high-ticket home services clients across the United States.
This is a senior, leadership role for an experienced digital marketing strategist who can own strategy, mentor a team, and drive measurable performance in a fast-paced agency environment.
About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Strategy Manager, you will:
- Lead SEO, PPC, CRO, and growth strategy across multiple client accounts
- Build and refine repeatable marketing frameworks used agency-wide
- Mentor and develop Account Strategists and SEO Specialists
- Partner closely with our Fulfillment Director, Creative, and Client Experience teams
- Own performance outcomes including lead quality, CPL, CAC, and revenue impact

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Performance Leadership
- Architect scalable digital marketing frameworks (SEO, PPC, CRO, media mix)
- Oversee strategy performance across all accounts
- Ensure strong lead quality, efficient CPL/CAC, and seasonal preparedness
- Guide budget allocation and channel prioritization
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach and mentor Account Strategists and SEO Specialists
- Establish quality standards, SOPs, and playbooks
- Elevate strategic thinking and client communication across the team
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align strategy with Creative, Web, SEO, PPC, and Client Experience
- Ensure cohesive execution across marketing channels
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency
Continuous Improvement
- Identify new growth levers and optimization opportunities
- Improve scalability without sacrificing quality
- Stay current with digital marketing best practices and trends
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing
- 3+ years in a senior strategist, manager, or leadership role
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC (Google Ads), CRO, and multi-channel strategy
- Experience working with North American / U.S. markets
- Strong understanding of homeowner psychology, high-ticket services, or local service marketing
- Proven ability to build frameworks, systems, and scalable strategies
- Experience mentoring or managing marketing team members
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills
- Ability to work Eastern Time (ET) hours
- Experience in an agency environment preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
