Channel Metadata Analyst (Digital Lab)

We’re looking for a Channel Metadata Analyst to join our Digital Lab team supporting the management, oversight, and optimization of marketing metadata and operational programs across a diverse portfolio of brands.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and marketing ensuring digital processes run smoothly, efficiently, and insightfully.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily metadata tagging, dashboard management, and operational reporting across multiple brand programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align workflows and maintain consistent data quality
- Perform data querying, analysis, and automation using SQL (Snowflake)
- Utilize Salesforce (CPMT) for metadata activities and ensure data accuracy
- Develop and maintain process documentation — playbooks, guides, and RACI matrices
- Drive standardization, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Create and manage dashboards and reports using Smartsheet, Workfront, and Power BI
- Support Email Rental and Preference Center workflows
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues and ensure timely resolution
- Stay ahead of digital operations trends and recommend enhancements
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in digital marketing operations, metadata, or data management
- Hands-on expertise with Smartsheet, Power BI, and Salesforce
- Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred); Marketo experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
