Position Overview
Our client, a global insurance company, is seeking an Art Director with experience creating B2B growth marketing campaigns with a focus on social and digital channels. This role is fully remote 30-40 hours per week beginning late-April and running through the end of 2025. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with marketing teams to craft fresh and innovative social campaigns focused on growth and account-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work conceptually with marketing and internal stakeholders to ideate account-based marketing campaigns, primarily for social media.
- Receive briefs and work strategically to ideate impactful social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and project management teams to ensure alignment on creative goals and timelines.
- Work hands on to design all content, primarly for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create designs that are predominantly static with a small amount of animation.
Qualifications
- Experience conceptualizing and executing social media campaigns for growth and account-based marketing in the B2B space.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction or graphic design, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
- Portfolio showing examples of social media marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Experience working in a project management platform.
- Ability to see the big picture across multiple campaigns and not afraid to try something new.
Nice to Have
- Insurance, financial services, or regulated industry experience.
