Skills Required:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency setting required
- Prior experience working within the HCP space
- Product launch & deep pharma design experience
- Modern design esthetic - understands how to elicit emotion with their designs
- Able to execute concepting and do/drive the delivery of design work
- Comfortable leading a small team of people
- Able to present work to clients clearly, and work with them to drive alignment
