Vogue Shopping, Marketing & Production Manager
Vogue Shopping is seeking a Marketing & Production Manager to support the digital Shopping team. This person will manage the production of Shopping content whilst helping to maintain and grow a newsletter business along with other relevant marketing channels. This person should be a quick learner when it comes to software of all types, comfortable working from an editorial calendar, and able to work quickly to build (and manage the building of) content in a fast-paced environment.
This person will manage Vogue Shoppings production flow to create product pages, shopping stories and newsletters, daily. The role will also act as a key point of contact with the Condé Nast Technology team in the development of CMS and Commerce products across Vogue Shoppings platform. An interest and knowledge in newsletter development, social, layout and design will be extremely useful.
Execute and optimizeBuild overarching content distribution strategy for Vogue Shoppings’ owned channels including site, newsletter, social, and external collaborators
Manage Vogue Shoppings production workflow, scaling production resources (freelance and internal) to meet the team’s strategic publishing goals, collaborating with the Shopping team to manage day-to-day publishing
Evolve and grow Vogue Shoppings ‘storefront’ model focusing on improved experience, engagement and technology enhancements
Oversee overall content production schedule to meet deadlines and quality assurance; establishing new workflows and efficiently maximizing output for internal and external resource
Collaborate with Vogue Shoppings design team on the building and development of visuals for newsletters
Plan, build, and deploy Vogue Shoppings newsletter and measure and report on performance to guide future strategy
Manage the content flow of Apple News & Social ensuring alignment with all our content activations
Work directly with Commerce product team to inform, implement, and evolve product creation enhancements as well as commerce template and tool upgrades
Collaborate with Commerce Analytics team on ways to improve channel and category reporting to drive concrete action points and takeaways from insights
Create and maintain production workflow guides, calendars, manuals, and process documentation
Management of an Associate Producer
Additional duties as required, or as assigned by manager
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consumer marketing and growth channels
Solid understanding of editorial and content strategy
Proficient in CMS systems
Articulate in core KPIs and analytics
Proven experience collaborating with product and technology teams/providers
This is a Guild position.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $75,000-$95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
