Visual Designer
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX and UI design, with a passion for creating visually compelling and user-friendly digital experiences. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative design concepts to life, ensuring our products not only look great but also provide an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create engaging digital experiences.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Implement branding strategies through visual design elements and typography.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visual assets.
- Stay current with design trends and best practices in UX/UI and digital design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing strong design skills.
- Proficiency in UX and UI design principles.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
- Experience in user research and responsive design practices.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and interaction design principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding.
