Job description

Our client is an advertising agency working on pharmaceutical clients. They are hiring a Project Manager with a digital focus.

Location: NYC (hybrid Monday and Wednesday onsite and every other Friday)
Duration: month-to-month contract
Hours: 40 per week
Start: ASAP
Rate: $40-50/hr

Job Scope

Pharma HCP or DTC required and PM experience necessary.
They need someone with a basic PM skillset to drive routes and update status.

Experience in digital (banners, CRM, websites) as well as Broadcast and social.
Able to handle a large volume of work and multiple moving work streams.
Good communicator – over-communicating with their team. Communicate up to higher levels of management as well as down the chain of command.
Develop a SOW as well as create timelines and update daily hot sheets.
Experience in Ziflow (workfront or proofHQ) and Smartsheet is good to have – can always train
