CigarTV is a global streaming channel dedicated to the cigar industry and lifestyle. Currently live on Roku and 10+ other platforms with 20+ more in development, our original shows, events, and documentaries reach an expanding international audience.

We are hiring a Part-Time Social Media Manager to oversee the execution and direction of our digital content. This is an in-studio position located in Tampa, Florida. The role includes managing scheduling, captions, content direction, audience engagement, trend tracking, brand outreach, sponsorship research, and helping identify brands or personalities that could be featured in future full-length episodes.

This position requires someone who thinks strategically, understands how to grow a brand online, and can proactively lead social media presence and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content schedules for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Write captions that align with the brand voice and drive engagement

• Research trends and provide direction on content priorities

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community interaction

• Coordinate posting around episode launches, events, and activations

• Identify brands, lounges, events, and personalities that align with CigarTV for potential collaborations or show features

• Conduct outreach to potential sponsors and partnership opportunities

• Review analytics and adapt strategies based on performance

• Stay informed on industry news, lifestyle trends, and platform updates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, creator, or agency (examples or links required)

• Strong understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and audience engagement techniques

• Excellent caption writing, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to provide direction and collaborate with production teams

• Experience in outreach, partnerships, or sponsorship development is preferred

• Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of the cigar industry is a plus, as we are highly regulated. Familiarity with compliance, age restrictions, and platform guidelines is beneficial.

Position Details:

• Part-time (15–20 hours per week)

• In-studio role based in Tampa, Florida

• Compensation based on experience
