Overview
Stay Calm Industries is a creative marketing and advertising agency based in Allentown, PA, specializing in branding, web design, and strategic marketing for clients across a wide range of industries. We’re looking for a highly organized Project Manager / Traffic Coordinator to help keep projects running smoothly across our internal team and client accounts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal communication using ClickUp
Request, collect, and manage print quotes from vendors and partners
Conduct research to support client strategies and creative production
Request updates, materials, and feedback from clients and team members
Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
Assist in maintaining documentation, budgets, and production schedules
Support account leads and creative teams with organizational tasks

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
Basic understanding of creative, marketing, and production workflows
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative production preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
