Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Agent Coach, you will work as a freelance, independent contractor, partnering with Fusion Market Pro to help real estate agents grow their businesses. You will leverage your expertise to guide agents in building niche markets, enhancing their lead generation efforts, and adopting cutting-edge marketing systems. Your role will also include motivational and accountability coaching to keep agents on track to achieve measurable results.
Your compensation will be commission-based, derived from the sales of Fusion Market Pro offers and our exclusive coaching programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coaching & Consulting:
- Deliver personalized coaching to real estate agents, focusing on lead generation, niche market development, and accountability.
- Provide motivational and actionable strategies to help agents overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one or group coaching sessions (virtual or in-person).
- Sales & Marketing:
- Actively promote and sell Fusion Market Pro offers and coaching programs to real estate agents.
- Use your expertise to identify agents’ pain points and position our solutions effectively.
- Contribute to the growth of Fusion Financial Network by onboarding agents and supporting them in leveraging our systems.
- Program Delivery:
- Facilitate and sell coaching programs such as:
- Agent Accelerator Program
- Quantum Real Estate Mastery
- Lead Flow Automation Workshop
- Other Fusion Financial Network and Fusion Market Pro offers.
- Networking & Lead Development:
- Leverage your existing network and build new relationships to attract and enroll agents into the coaching programs.
- Utilize Fusion’s marketing infrastructure, including lead generation systems and customized tools, to create and maintain a steady client pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales, with extensive knowledge of transactions, marketing, and consulting.
- Coaching Expertise: Proven ability to coach and mentor agents to success, with a focus on accountability and motivation.
- Real Estate License: Must hold an active real estate license.
- Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Experience in promoting coaching programs, developing niche markets, and using advanced marketing systems.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with lead generation platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing systems.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with agents, deliver impactful coaching, and close sales.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based freelance role, with earnings directly tied to your performance. You will earn commissions from:

- Enrollment fees for coaching programs you sell and deliver.
- Bonus opportunities based on overall sales volume and program success.
