Role Overview:

As a Real Estate Consultant Coach, you will work as an independent contractor, partnering with Fusion Market Pro to deliver consulting and coaching services to real estate agents. You will guide agents in developing niche markets, enhancing their lead generation strategies, and adopting proven marketing systems. In addition, you will serve as a motivational and accountability coach to keep agents aligned with their goals.

Your compensation will be based on commission, derived from selling Fusion Market Pro’s innovative offers and enrolling agents into our exclusive coaching programs.

Responsibilities:

Consulting & Coaching:
Provide strategic consulting to real estate agents, focusing on niche market creation, lead generation, and marketing system integration.
Offer motivational coaching and accountability guidance to ensure agents stay on track to meet their goals.
Deliver group and one-on-one coaching sessions (virtually or in-person).
Sales & Program Delivery:
Actively promote and sell Fusion Market Pro’s services, including:
Agent Accelerator Program
Quantum Real Estate Mastery
Lead Flow Automation Workshop
Other niche Fusion Financial Network programs.
Use your consulting expertise to position offers effectively and close sales.
Business Development:
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and brokers to expand the reach of Fusion Market Pro.
Leverage Fusion’s marketing systems to create and nurture a pipeline of prospective coaching clients.
Marketing System Implementation:
Assist agents in integrating Fusion Market Pro tools into their workflows, such as our lead gen system and other marketing technologies.
Customize strategies for agents to attract and convert leads effectively in their chosen niches.

Qualifications:

Real Estate Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate consulting, sales, or marketing, with proven results in transaction management and business growth.
Coaching/Consulting Background: Experience in coaching or consulting real estate professionals with a focus on strategy and motivation.
Real Estate License (Preferred): Active real estate license is a plus but not required.
Sales & Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of lead generation, niche marketing, and digital tools.
Communication Skills: Ability to connect authentically, motivate effectively, and close sales confidently.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, lead gen systems, and digital marketing platforms.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based freelance role, with earnings directly tied to your performance. Compensation includes:

Commissions from the sale of Fusion Market Pro offers (e.g., done-for-you lead systems, niche market packages).
Enrollment fees for coaching programs you sell and facilitate.
Bonuses for achieving specific sales milestones and program goals.
