As a Program Manager, you will develop & grow client relationships and oversee projects for an industry-leading immersive content studio. You’ll be responsible for a number of tasks centered around project management, account management, client partnership, and immersive strategy. You will support our PM team in the timely, process-driven delivery of multiple and simultaneous large-scale projects while delivering exceptional client service. You will use your extensive background and experience to deliver flawless, high-value projects on budget and on time and work with every aspect of our studio and its processes.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects on strategic accounts, from inception through completion, and manage multiple development and digital solutions for expanding the client base.
- Lead and evaluate Producers and Project Managers assigned to your projects to Coordinate cross-project activities
- Collaborate with Executive Producer and Client partners to guide Producers on suitable strategies and objectives
- Utilize past experience and informed judgment to solve complex production and project issues with a collaborative solutions-based approach.
- Support Producers and Project Managers in the resolution of issues, recommending and seeking solutions before there is any impact on timing and/or budget.
- Responsible and accountable for accurately developing and maintaining estimates, project plans, detailed scoping documents, change orders, and client financial documents in both an ownership and support capacity.
- Help create scopes in partnership with Client Partners and support qualified Leads if needed.
- Give proactive and scheduled feedback, both positive and constructive, to team members.
- Have tough conversations, both internally as well as with clients.
- Work with third-party resources, vendors, and/or agency partners as needed for project coordination and delivery - establishing roles and responsibilities, communication, and workflows with both internal and external resources.
- Identify any resourcing bottlenecks or issues and immediately develop a recommended resolution.
- Ensure and execute all QA processes at every step of the project lifecycle, with no room for skipping steps.
- Work closely with the Client Partner team to keep them aware of project statuses and support them through client-facing interactions if needed.
- Ensure that all resources are aware of hours allocated and monitor hours on a weekly basis, proactively escalating if there is an overage before any impact to the budget.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of full-time account/project management experience, managing clients at scale.
- A good listener & a communicator who enjoys problem-solving. A self-starter with a passion for technology and strategy.
- Proficiency with various PM Tools such as Jira, Monday, Harvest, Float, Confluence, GSuite, etc.
- Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar applications.
- Experience with technologies such as AR, VR, MR, 360 video, and interactive web design is a plus.
- Agency or production studio experience is a plus.
