We're a small, woman-owned Airbnb management business expanding into personal assistant and household help services, and we're looking for someone to help us build our brand! Although we've barely put any work into our social media so far, we're ready to kick things off and start posting 1-3 times a week. We need a creative individual who’s passionate about helping us launch this new side of the business and growing our online presence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing a content strategy to highlight both our property management and personal assistant services
- Creating fun and engaging content that resonates with our audience
- Scheduling posts to keep our social media active and fresh
- Interacting with our followers and building meaningful connections
- Monitoring social media metrics and adjusting strategy to improve engagement and reach
- Spending time at our properties to capture content that showcases our services and guest experience
- Assisting with the development of an overall marketing strategy to grow our brand across multiple channels
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Basic understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- A passion for brand building and storytelling
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) are a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and tools
- Enthusiasm for helping a small business grow
- Comfortable visiting properties to capture high-quality photos and videos
- Interest or experience in developing broader marketing strategies
- Experience in creating or editing short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks)
- Experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
