Title: Graphic Design Specialist
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content and communication materials, working closely with the sales, public relations, and promotional teams. This role involves designing graphic sketches, layouts, and final product elements using computer graphic systems to achieve communication goals, while utilizing a wide range of techniques and styles to deliver high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce graphic sketches, designs, and layout concepts using computer graphic systems.
- Determine appropriate size, color scheme, and style to align with the project’s objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, public relations, and promotional teams to create effective communication material.
- Plan, prioritize, and accomplish tasks with limited supervision, drawing on industry experience and established practices.
- Lead or direct tasks assigned to other team members as needed to achieve project goals.
- Maintain high standards of creativity, adapting designs and styles to meet varying requirements.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of graphic design principles, practices, and tools.
- Strong creative skills, with the ability to plan and execute a variety of design projects.
- Experience collaborating across departments to create cohesive communication materials.
