About the Role:
Jourhuit is seeking a talented and motivated Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and execute design projects that span across branding, digital campaigns, social media, and more. As a key player on the creative team, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to craft visually engaging solutions that align with brand strategies and captivate audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute creative concepts for branding, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, strategy) to ensure design consistency and project alignment with client goals.
* Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and multimedia content, ensuring all designs are on-brand and deliver a cohesive visual identity.
* Lead design projects from concept through to final production, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Assist in building and maintaining brand guidelines and identity systems for a range of clients.
* Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of creative output.
* Participate in client presentations, offering strategic design insights and gathering feedback for revisions.
* Provide creative input and feedback to junior designers or freelancers as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in a professional design role (agency experience preferred).
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with additional design tools is a plus.
* A diverse portfolio demonstrating strong design skills across branding, digital, and print media.
* Excellent grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Collaborative attitude with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
* Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
* Strong communication and presentation skills for working directly with clients and internal teams.
