Job Summary: This role involves creating authentic and engaging social media content that aligns with current platform trends and brand voice. The specialist will be responsible for developing visually appealing static graphics and dynamic short-form videos, with a focus on user generated content styles. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be crucial to ensure content resonates with target audiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting visually striking static graphics and editing short-form videos optimized for social platforms.
- Developing content that emulates a user-generated, less polished aesthetic.
- Collaborating with creators, influencers, and UGC workflows to produce authentic material.
- Staying current with social media trends and platform changes to inform content creation.
- Contributing to the development of content and creator brief documents.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience creating content for TikTok and Reels.
- Strong portfolio showcasing lo-fi / UGC-style content and editing skills.
- Experience working with creators or understanding of UGC workflows.
Experience in the consumer goods or entertainment industry is preferred, particularly with brands that have a strong social media presence and engage with creator platforms.
