The Modern Media Group is a boutique marketing firm working with wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and CPG brands, and I'm looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join the team.
The work is creative, hands-on, and fast-moving. If you live on Pinterest and Instagram, notice a good shot, and can run your own workload without being chased, you'll fit right in.
What you'll do:
• Plan and create social content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Write captions and schedule posts
• Track metrics and share insights
• Build and engage online communities
• Support influencer and UGC campaigns
• Help with blog posts and monthly reporting
• Join weekly calls to brainstorm content and strategy
What we're looking for:
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and current trends
• Canva skills and a good eye for design
• Creative, polished writing
• Experience with Instagram Insights or Meta Business Suite
• Organized, reliable, and self-directed, with clear communication
