MakeReady Masters is seeking an interior designer for a contract consulting partnership supporting our apartment turns and unit upgrades across South Carolina.

We want every apartment we deliver to reflect thoughtful finish selections, cohesive design, and great taste.

This would be an advisory relationship, with consultations tailored to each individual property. The primary focus:

• Flooring selections that complement the space and support everyday rental use.

• Cabinet colors and finishes that work with the flooring and surrounding interiors.

• Countertop colors and patterns that bring the kitchen, bathrooms, and overall finish palette together.

Each property has its own character, existing features, and investment budget. We’re looking for someone who can evaluate those conditions and recommend an appealing, practical combination of finishes—with attention to durability, material availability, and consistency across future unit upgrades.

The designer provides the finish-selection guidance. MakeReady Masters manages the execution and carries those selections through to the completed apartment.

Our goal is clear: deliver a visually appealing, truly rent-ready product where the quality of the selections is matched by the quality of the work.

Interior designers interested in a property-by-property consulting partnership are welcome to message us with a portfolio and consultation structure. Referrals are welcome.
