Palm Life, a fast-growing supplement brand founded by functional medicine practitioner Dr. Josh Redd, creates science-backed wellness formulas with high-quality ingredients and transparent labels. We are seeking an energetic, creative Social Media Manager to take full ownership of all Palm Life social channels. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will lead content strategy, production, community engagement, and analytics to build a highly engaged, trusted health and wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Palm Life’s social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest, developing monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and brand campaigns.
- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form videos, carousels, and static posts—collaborating directly with Dr. Josh Redd to turn clinical health expertise into engaging, compliant consumer content.
- Manage daily community interactions across DMs and comments, coordinate creator partnerships, and deliver weekly performance reports tracking reach, engagement, and social-driven sales.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand (consumer goods, health/wellness, or DTC e-commerce strongly preferred), backed by a portfolio showing account growth.
- Proven hands-on video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere) and graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe), paired with strong hook/caption writing capabilities.
- Solid understanding of social platform algorithms, community engagement strategies, and dietary supplement advertising guidelines (FTC/FDA compliance).
