Part-Time Graphic Designer

Mansell Real Estate is looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team!
We're an established, locally owned real estate brokerage with a reputation for exceptional service and high-quality marketing. From luxury property presentations to agent branding and creative marketing campaigns, we take pride in producing materials that stand out.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days will be exactly alike! You'll work closely with our team to create polished, professional marketing materials that showcase our properties, agents, and brand.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing beautiful property brochures, flyers, postcards, and other print marketing materials
- Creating high-end luxury property presentations and listing books
- Designing email marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Developing social media graphics and marketing content
- Assisting agents with individual branding and marketing requests
- Creating and updating website graphics and visual content
- Coordinating with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality finished products
- Bringing creative ideas and suggestions to improve our marketing

Skills & Experience
- Professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with Canva and AI-powered creative tools
- Experience creating and managing email marketing materials and campaigns
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding
- Knowledge of print production and preparing professional files for printing
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Previous real estate marketing experience is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in your talent, creativity, and ability to produce excellent work.

Position Details
- Job Type: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Location: Sandy, Utah
- Schedule: Ideally Monday through Friday, approximately four hours per day, with flexibility for the right candidate
- Work Arrangement: 100% in office. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
