Social Content & TikTok Lead
Overview
Independent creative entrepreneurs are at the heart of our marketplace, building businesses, developing brands, and creating communities of their own. This role plays a key part in supporting and celebrating their success.
As the
Social Content & TikTok Lead, you will build and launch a seller-focused TikTok channel from the ground up, defining its strategy, creative direction, and voice. You will establish a distinctive presence on one of today’s most influential cultural platforms, creating content that educates, entertains, and connects with sellers. In addition, you will serve as a hands-on creative partner to the broader social team, contributing video production, editing, and short-form content across seller-focused channels.
Through practical education, timely insights, compelling seller stories, and culturally relevant storytelling, you will develop content that helps sellers grow their businesses, connect with one another, and feel part of a larger community.
This role sits within Seller Marketing, a team focused on empowering sellers and building lasting relationships through education, community engagement, seller milestones, and meaningful storytelling. TikTok and short-form video are key opportunities to bring this mission to life and reach sellers at scale.
This is a true
zero-to-one opportunity. You will build the channel’s strategy and go-to-market plan, establish its content pillars and creative identity, and own execution from concept development and filming through editing and publishing. You will have the autonomy to experiment, establish best practices, and shape the channel’s long-term direction.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional creative execution. You bring go-to-market experience, a strong understanding of Gen Z audiences and TikTok culture, and the ability to independently produce high-quality, engaging short-form video from day one.
