We operate in a fast-paced, high-standard environment where ownership, attention to detail, and reliability are paramount.
Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role (1-2 days in-office in Brooklyn, NY) for an execution-focused Social Media Manager. In this role, you will take direct ownership of day-to-day content scheduling, multi-account calendar execution, copywriting, and platform publishing for several agency client accounts.
You are not just brainstorming concepts - you are the final gatekeeper ensuring assets are scheduled accurately, captions and tags are flawless, deadlines are consistently met without oversight, and communities are actively engaged. This role demands exceptional time management, operational discipline, and a high degree of accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end publishing workflows: format, copywrite, schedule, and QA daily posts, Reels/TikToks, and Stories across multiple client accounts.
- Maintain strict adherence to client content calendars and ensure all assets are scheduled at least 72 hours ahead of live dates.
- Proactively manage daily priorities, meet delivery milestones autonomously, and maintain transparent tracking of project hours and output.
- Monitor live channels, lead active daily community management (comments, DMs, reactive engagement), and flag timely platform trends.
- Pull monthly performance analytics, identifying actionable takeaways for creative and scheduling optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of fast-paced agency or multi-brand social media management with direct responsibility for scheduling and posting across multiple active client accounts.
- Flawless organizational habits: Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, balance competing priorities across accounts, and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience with social publishing and scheduling and project management systems (e.g., Trello).
- Impeccable copywriting, grammar, and attention to detail when applying distinct brand voices and visual guidelines.
- Punctual, proactive in communication, and comfortable working in a hybrid structure in Brooklyn, NY.
