We are seeking a
Copywriter to join our beverage clients' Content Design team. In this role, you will craft compelling B2B marketing copy across a variety of digital campaigns, channels, and touchpoints. Sitting within the broader Product Design group, you will collaborate closely with content leads, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to produce copy that integrates seamlessly with visual design.
The ideal candidate excels at distilling complex concepts into clear, lively, and purpose-driven messaging tailored to each stage of the funnel. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining brand voice consistency, managing context switches between distinct brand identities, and translating key business objectives into actionable marketing copy that drives engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Copywriting: Develop, refine, and optimize high-converting B2B copy across digital channels-including email marketing (accounting for ~50% of workload), ecommerce landing pages, product marketing text, and educational/thought leadership articles.
- Brand Voice & Style Management: Adapt and maintain distinct brand voices across multiple internal brand profiles, ensuring consistency while contributing to the evolution of brand style guides.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with designers, project managers, and brand leads within a two-week sprint cycle to ensure copy and visual design complement each other in user-centered experiences.
- Email Marketing Execution: Write scannable, engaging email content-focusing on cohesive alignment between subject lines, preview text, headers, body copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Workflow & Process Management: Navigate design and task management tools (e.g., Figma, monday.com) to review wireframes, incorporate feedback, and track deliverable milestones across roughly 5 active projects simultaneously.
- Content Strategy & Iteration: Review copy against performance metrics and stakeholder feedback, making iterative updates to improve overall user experience and audience engagement.
- Tool & AI Integration: Utilize content authoring tools and leverage enterprise AI utilities (e.g., Copilot) to streamline repeatable, template-based tasks such as video summaries or recurring promotional assets.
Qualifications: - Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating copywriting skills across digital B2B marketing touchpoints (emails, landing pages, long-form content).
- B2B Focus: Proven ability to translate complex business attributes and value propositions into actionable, audience-aligned copy.
- Email Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in email copy structure, scannability, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience navigating design and collaboration tools (such as Figma) to review layouts and leave copy feedback.
- CMS & Authoring Experience: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
- Execution & Detail: Exceptional proofreading, editing, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Level: 5+ years of digital copywriting experience, with proven success across full-funnel customer journeys (brand awareness to conversion).
- Agile Workflows: Prior experience working within bi-weekly sprints or agile project management environments.
- Relevant Industry Background: Experience in SaaS, digital product marketing, or high-volume wholesale/distribution environments where complex concepts are simplified for business audiences.
- Optimization Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword integration, and emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) trends.
- Collaboration Tools: Experience using workflow platforms such as monday.com, Confluence, or Miro.
