Compensation Range: $44 - 48 per hour

As a key strategic partner to executive, product, and commercial leaders, you will translate complex insights and technical concepts into high-performing commercial copy across web pages, landing pages, and email campaigns to drive conversion and measurable revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Integrate Voice of Customer insights with behavioral analytics, market intelligence, and operational data to establish a comprehensive digital experience framework.
- Diagnose systemic adoption and trust barriers across digital touchpoints to optimize web pages, landing pages, and user retention.
- Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial language and actionable go-to-market priorities.
- Facilitate cross-functional strategy sessions to convert quantitative data and qualitative feedback into high-converting email copy and executive recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years leading enterprise digital experience research, Voice of Customer programs, or customer insights initiatives.
- Deep expertise in qualitative research design, feedback collection, sentiment monitoring, and web/behavioral analytics tools.
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional leaders to optimize digital activation, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field.
