Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee editorial feature creation and manage editorial partner relationships.
- Write creative and engaging copy that captivates audiences.
- Monitor media sources and post breaking news while scheduling features to maximize content views.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Analyze metrics data to understand audience engagement and inform content strategy.
- Contribute to discussions on long-term strategy and new features.
- Schedule and copyedit content daily, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current events and trends in the industry.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and group discussions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 7+ years editorial experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communication, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with content management systems and analytic tools.
- Basic Photoshop editing skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail, spelling, grammar, and clarity.
- A creative mindset and ability to lead discussions effectively.
- Flexibility to work off-hours and during holidays as needed
