To be a fit, you should bring 1+ year(s) of hands-on experience creating digital and social content, along with strong project management and organizational skills. Experience with social platforms and short-form video, including TikTok, Reels and YouTube, is highly valued, and familiarity with Hootsuite, Salesforce and Microsoft environments is required. A portfolio or examples of digital content you have contributed to will be required for consideration.

You will have access to accruing sick time, 401(K), medical, dental and vision options during your assignment.
You will:
- Create, curate and schedule engaging social media content across digital channels, including short-form content and video for platforms such as TikTok, Reels and YouTube

- Organize digital assets and content across a large network of approximately 80 college campuses, maintaining clear and accessible files and resources
- Apply an understanding of SEO, social engagement and digital content practices to help increase the organization's reach and online presence
Your experience should include:

- Creative aptitude and hands-on experience with digital and video content, including familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Reels and YouTube

- Experience in higher education, non-profit, agency or similarly mission-driven environments
- Familiarity with Hootsuite, Salesforce and Microsoft-based environments
- A portfolio or examples of work you have contributed to, which may include social accounts, videos, websites, campaigns or other digital content
