Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Content and Communications Consultant for 100% Remote role. Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Content & Communications Consultant to serve as a strategic communications partner supporting senior leadership. This highly visible role will develop communication strategies, executive messaging, campaigns, presentations, talking points, event content, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic communication plans and executive messaging
- Write presentations, talking points, leadership communications, event content, and campaign materials
- Partner directly with senior executives and leadership teams
- Manage multiple communications initiatives simultaneously
- Develop audience-specific messaging and activation strategies
- Provide strategic recommendations and respectfully challenge stakeholders when appropriate
- Simplify complex information into clear, actionable communications
Requirements
- 8+ years of strategic, executive, internal, or marketing communications experience
- Proven experience writing directly for senior executives
- Experience developing communication strategies and integrated communication plans
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to operate independently with limited direction
- Experience managing a portfolio of communications initiatives
Preferred Experience
- Professional services, consulting, financial services, technology, or another complex organization
- Executive communications programs
- Communication campaigns and change/adoption initiatives
- AI-enabled content development and digital communication
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
