Senior Product Designer Digital Experience Team

We re looking for a Senior Product Designer who s great at juggling multiple projects and thrives in fast-changing environments. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with different teams, and turning ideas into real solutions, this could be the role for you.
What You Ll Be Doing
- Design for Both Worlds: Create tools for employees and experiences for customers.
- Collaborate Widely: Work with teams across the company from shop floors to product teams.
- Clarify the Complex: Use visuals to align teams and drive progress.
- Prototype & Test: Turn ideas into designs and refine them through feedback.
- Influence Direction: Help shape product plans, service strategies, and tools.
- Tell the Story: Build clear, compelling presentations that explain your design thinking.
- Facilitate Workshops: Help plan and run Design Thinking sessions to align teams and spark ideas.
What We Re Looking For
- You re a great listener and can connect the dots others might miss.
- You ve got 10+ years of experience in design research, service design, or systems thinking.
- You re comfortable starting from scratch and figuring things out as you go.
- You can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to work on the details.
- You re just as happy talking to customers or staff as you are designing in Figma.
- You re a strong communicator and can bring different teams together around a shared vision.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the automotive world or other complex service industries.
Familiarity with internal tools and systems that support employee workflows
