The Opportunity
We're building the Studio Pro Network (non-founding & founding) and inviting talented designers, developers, writers, producers, strategists, consultants, and AI specialists to apply.
As a Studio Pro, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to client engagements aligned with your discipline, experience, and interests. TreyTech coordinates the client relationship, project scope, and engagement, while you focus on delivering your best work.
Projects become available as client engagements come in. You'll be considered for opportunities that match your expertise, availability, and interests. Acceptance into the network does not guarantee a specific volume of work.

Your Compensation

- No lead fees: You are not charged simply to receive a project opportunity.
- Optional participation: Consider projects that align with your skills, availability, and interests.
- Network opportunities: Qualified professionals may be considered for future client engagements as the network grows.
- Clear terms: Project scope, compensation, deliverables, and applicable ownership and usage rights are documented in the relevant agreement.
Joining the network does not guarantee projects, assignments, or a specific volume of work. Opportunities depend on client demand, project requirements, and professional fit. Participation is project-based. You can consider opportunities according to your availability, expertise, and interests.
TreyTech IP
Your IP stays yours. We will never take your intellectual property.
That principle applies to both our clients and our Studio Pros. TreyTech coordinates projects, connects expertise, and facilitates delivery. We do not claim ownership of intellectual property simply because it is shared with us or used in an engagement.
- Your ideas and pre-existing work remain yours. Participation in the network does not transfer ownership of your existing intellectual property, tools, methods, or independently owned work to TreyTech.
- Client IP is respected. Clients retain their intellectual property, subject to applicable agreements. Rights to commissioned deliverables are established in the project agreement.
- Creator rights are protected. Studio Pros retain their pre-existing work and underlying intellectual property. Any rights granted for specific commissioned deliverables are defined by agreement.
- Portfolio rights matter. Studio Pros may showcase eligible work, subject to applicable agreements and client confidentiality obligations.
- Confidentiality is essential. Client information, proprietary materials, and sensitive project details must be protected.
